We Should Know About Depression

Depression is a mental health disorder that affects many people in the world. Era of growing and changing very quickly not to make everyone can adapt. Many people that fail to pass through a phase where the environmental circumstances that require them to conform. Depression is bad effects of the demands of the world that not everyone can afford it.

Depression is a mental disorder to change your mood. Therefore, depression is one type of mood disorder. And there are several type of depression that will our explain in next time such as dysthymic Disorder, major depression, etc.  Depression will affect your daily activities. You will experience a change about activity your sleep, eat, and feel about yourself and how you interact socially with others. Depressive disorder will be very painful and very difficult to handle alone, and you will need help from others to solve your problem. But the greatest strength that will save you from this situation is of god and effort that comes from within yourself.
 
Being depressed is a serious disease and if you think you know someone or if you yourself suffer from symptoms of depression I would encourage you to seek help. Proper treatment can help most people that suffer from depressive disorders.

Characteristic of depressed people is anxious, feel saad, feel empty, worthless, helpless, guilty, hopeless, restless and iritability. They often not interest to activity that once were pleasurable, overeating and lose of appetite, or difficult to concentration. In severe case may have idea to doing suicide. Generally they experience insomnia, lose of energy, fatigue, pain and digestive problems all cause psychosomatic.

There are some way to treatment depressed people. Some form of treatment are available for depression may include psychotherapy, medicines such as antidepressants, cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, animal-assisted therapy (also known as pet therapy), physical exercise, group therapy, music therapy, and other.
